Capable of filling multiple roles for her clients, Arielle’s creativity, grasp of business strategy, and ability to free decision-makers to do their best work have cemented her success as an operations, marketing, and management specialist. In every project, she brings an entrepreneurial spirit, a passion for transforming workplaces, and a commitment to becoming an integral part in the growth and success of her clients.
Arielle has extensive experience leading non-profit, consulting firms, educational organizations, and political campaigns. As an ally and lifelong advocate for the underrepresented and underserved, Arielle has championed efforts to improve the Washington, D.C. public school system, chaired human-centered program design and implementation for returning citizens and adjudicated youth, and co-created solutions for organizational leaders to create diverse and inclusive cultures.
In addition to her project management work, Arielle is a deeply involved board member of the Health Education Action League for Haiti (HEAL Haiti), a nonprofit dedicated to improving the health care delivery system and saving lives in Haiti. As the President of the organization, she oversees the fund-raising operations, establishes the strategic priorities and programs, manages budgets and resources and serves as the spokesperson for the organization.
