This project aims to identify BIPOC leaders in Detroit (leaders who are identified as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color), provide a better understanding of the racial and ethnic composition of staff and boards at nonprofit organizations in Detroit, and facilitate additional connections between, and support for, these organizations.
